A new forum for me ...
Do you think if it's possible to got the birth certificate or the died certificate of my great grand parents : Alexandre Pavlowitch POTEMKINE but I don't know where is borned, I suppose near Smolensk but ... And I found on a forum the Nacropole List of Woroniej and here I found two Kalitowicz (but I don't know where they borned, but they are buried at Woroniej. Is there a service where I can got these informations ? thanks, Kira wacko

Yest, it is possible, but not through internet...;)
All that papers kept in the archives. When I have found that one (certificate) for my family of for my clients from USA and France, I ordered an official copy of it.

You need to order the genealogical investigation for that - it is immpossible to find that information in Internet or in the books at home sad

There aere a LOT of VERY important informations (parent's applications, student's pictures for a few years, birth certificates etc.) in the student's private file in the colleges or University. But that data also keeps in the archive...
