I sent You whole page about Benjamine from 'All Moscow-1911' by e-mail yesterday, but, if you want I can attach the same information about Benjamine from 1911 one else.
Also (I think you cannt read in Russian, isn't it?) I can translate that data into English.

lived in 1913 in Bolshaya (Big) Nikitskaya street, 14. the assistant of barrister. "All Moscow 1913", page 459.

It is very old and famous house ans it is under state care and reconstraction now. See how the part of its wall looks today -
